Ohmvia is a board-level repair lab based in Rhodes, Greece, operating under EU data protection law (GDPR). This page explains what we collect when you contact us or send equipment for repair, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp we receive your name, contact details, and any information you choose to share about the device: model, fault history, photos, repair history. When you ship a board to us we also receive your shipping address and the device itself.
Strictly to assess, diagnose, repair and return your equipment, and to communicate with you about the case. We do not sell, share or use your data for marketing.
We do not access user data stored on devices unless it is technically necessary for the repair. Where storage interaction is required, you will be informed before work proceeds.
Case correspondence and shipping records are kept for the period required by Greek tax and commercial law, then deleted. You can request deletion of correspondence at any time outside of mandatory retention periods.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. For any privacy request, contact hello@ohmvia.com.
