Should I send the whole console?
Usually yes. It allows power, thermal, display and load validation after the board work.
Do you replace HDMI ports?
Yes when the connector or surrounding circuitry is the confirmed fault. We also check filters, protection and HDMI IC paths.
Can you repair a console after a failed reflow?
It can be assessed, but uncontrolled heat may warp the board or damage pads and can reduce repair viability.
