HVAC, power and energy electronics
Diagnosis for control and power boards from HVAC and energy equipment, especially where the module is obsolete or replacement is delayed. Safe isolation and final commissioning remain essential parts of the wider system workflow.
Equipment reviewed
- Air-conditioning and heat-pump boards
- Inverter and power-stage electronics
- UPS, charger and power-supply boards
- Solar-control and battery-management electronics
Common cases
- Blown power stages and short circuits
- No-start, cycling and communication faults
- Relay, sensor-input and fan-driver failures
- Heat, surge, moisture and insect damage
Bench scope
- Safe board-level power diagnosis
- MOSFET, IGBT, driver and supply repair
- Control-side and communication-path checks
- Thermal inspection and isolation testing
IMPORTANT LIMITS
Board repair is one part of the wider responsibility.
- 01Live mains testing is performed only under controlled bench conditions
- 02Installation, refrigerant work and commissioning are not included
- 03Grid, battery and equipment safety certification remains with the authorized contractor

What to send for a useful first review
Before shipping anything, send the exact model, the observed behavior, relevant history and clear photographs of the board or equipment.
Send equipment type, manufacturer, full model, board code, supply details, error codes, technician measurements and photographs of both sides.
Email is best for detailed cases and photographs. WhatsApp is available for quick fit questions.
FAQ
Questions about this service
Do you repair complete air conditioners?
The service targets their electronic boards. An HVAC technician must first isolate the fault and remains responsible for removal, installation and commissioning.
Can you repair inverter power stages?
They can be assessed, but damage often affects drivers, protection and control circuits as well as the visible power components.
Do you work on battery packs?
Only their removable control electronics may be considered case by case. Cell repair, pack rebuilding and battery safety certification are not included.
