    Before shipping anything, send the exact model, the observed behavior, relevant history and clear photographs of the board or equipment.

    Send manufacturer, exact part number, machine function, fault codes, photographs and whether an identical working unit is available for comparison.

    Can you repair obsolete industrial boards?

    Often they are strong candidates because repair can avoid a full retrofit, but parts availability, firmware and damage extent must be reviewed first.

    Do you need the whole machine?

    Usually not. We first determine whether the board, power supply, panel or a small test assembly is needed.

    Can you certify a repaired safety controller?

    No. Any safety-related controller must be validated and returned to service by the responsible authorized party.
