AUT-04 · AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRONICS

    Automotive electronics modules

Board-level assessment for removable vehicle electronics where a confirmed hardware fault may be repairable. Each module is reviewed for symptoms, vehicle context, water or voltage damage and post-repair validation requirements.

    01

    Equipment reviewed

    • Engine and body-control electronics
    • Instrument clusters and displays
    • Infotainment and comfort modules
    • Lighting and non-safety accessory controllers
    02

    Common cases

    • No communication and no-power
    • Water ingress and corrosion
    • Power-stage, regulator and connector damage
    • Intermittent display or temperature-related faults
    03

    Bench scope

    • Visual, power and communication-path diagnosis
    • Connector, driver and regulator repair
    • EEPROM-aware handling where relevant
    • Controlled component-level rework

    IMPORTANT LIMITS

Board repair is one part of the wider responsibility.

    • 01Vehicle coding, immobilizer matching and tuning are not implied
    • 02No certification of braking, steering, restraint or ADAS systems
    • 03Final installation, diagnostics and roadworthy validation require an automotive professional

What to send for a useful first review

Before shipping anything, send the exact model, the observed behavior, relevant history and clear photographs of the board or equipment.

Send the vehicle make, model and year, module part number, diagnostic codes, exact behavior, exposure or jump-start history and photographs.

Email is best for detailed cases and photographs. WhatsApp is available for quick fit questions.

    FAQ

    Questions about this service

    Can you repair every ECU?

No. Some modules are encrypted, potted, physically destroyed or require vehicle-level programming. We review the exact part number and fault first.

Do you clone or code modules?

The service is board repair. Coding, immobilizer work or cloning is not included unless explicitly confirmed for the individual case.

Can the module go straight back into the vehicle?

It must be installed, diagnosed and validated by a qualified automotive technician, especially where the module affects regulated or safety-related functions.
